Product feed CSV

Host a UTF-8 CSV on HTTPS. Workshops paste the URL once in STOCut Warehouse → Product feed. Sync matches on stock code and refreshes prices, sizes, labels and front / back / left / right edge finishes — without wiping on-hand qty.

Required columns

Column	Meaning
`code`	Unique stock / SKU key (match key for sync)
`name`	Short label on cutting plans
`kind`	`landing`, `tread`, `paver`, `kerb`, `slab`, `sheet`, or `remnant` (case-insensitive)
`width`, `height`, `thickness`	Dimensions in mm
`front`, `back`, `left`, `right`	Edge finish codes matching the shop Edges page (e.g. `SAW`, `FBN`, `plain`). All four should be present for landings, treads, pavers and kerbs.
`retail`, `trade`	Sheet price ex VAT (GBP). Blank = leave unchanged on sync.

Recommended columns

fullName — ERP / Sage long description
material — e.g. Lava Buff Granite
qty — optional; STOCut does not overwrite workshop qty on sync
location, priority, grainLocked, group

Sync behaviour

Match by code (trim; case-insensitive).
Updates prices, four-side edges, name / fullName / material / kind / sizes when present.
Does not overwrite qty, location, status, or remnant rows linked to a job.
New codes are added at qty 0 and flagged for review.
Codes missing from the feed stay in the warehouse (no auto-delete).
Workshops can Sync now anytime; STOCut offers a refresh when the last sync is older than 7 days.

Hosting

Export weekly from Sage (or your ERP), then host the file on HTTPS — S3, SharePoint public link, or your own site. Paste that URL into STOCut Warehouse once. Private feeds can send an optional Authorization header (Bearer token) from the Product feed panel.
